Aura a Salon Collective which was created by 3 artists/ hair stylists: Zoe Mannie and Lauren. We all believe hair appointments are personal, creative, and never rushed or chaotic. Built with both the client and the craft in mind, the space was designed to feel welcoming, peaceful, clean and and simple. It’s a collaborative home for us as artists, where inspiration flows, ideas are shared, and artistry is constantly evolving. The result is a studio that feels warm and relaxed, yet intentional : a place where creativity, comfort +connection join together. Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is customized exclusively for you. Because of the time, preparation, and intention that goes into each service, we kindly require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules. If you need to adjust your appointment, please contact your service provider directly so we can assist you as smoothly as possible: Appointments changed with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% service fee, which will be charged to the card on file. Deposits placed on appointments are non-refundable but may be transferred when changes are made outside of the 48-hour window. Missed appointments or no-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service, and future booking privileges may be limited. This ensures fairness to both your stylist and the guests waiting for availability. To protect the longevity and integrity of your hair, recommended aftercare instructions must be followed.
